The document establishes guarantees of observing rights, freedoms and legal interests of internally displaced persons.
The law aims at ensuring implementation of rights and freedoms of internally displaced persons guaranteed to them by the Constitution of Ukraine. The document stipulates ensuring proper conditions for social adaptation and temporary accommodation; assistance in employment, education, etc.
The Law was adopted in the version suggested by the Committee on Human Rights, National Minorities and International Relations.
Respective bill was registered under No. 4490а-1.
